One of the standardised products offered to Clients is the implementation of the Business Compliance Assurance Cycle/Framework. The product includes:
- Business process mapping
- Risk detection, assessment and risk appetite setting
- Business compliance process design
- Business compliance description in the form of policies and procedures, as well as support in selection/development of IT tooling supporting the designed processes
- New or revised compliance framework communication, including the relevant staff training
- Support in handling detected incidents of non-compliance and re-design of existing Business Compliance Assurance Framework, post the incident assessment and – if necessary – internal investigation.
